Stores, Exhibitions, Product Demos: What To Confirm Before An On-Site Shoot
On-site shoots are most vulnerable to last-minute changes. City, time, people, scene, and on-site contact should be clear before the invitation.

City and address should not wait until the end
Whether a creator can accept and how much on-site work costs depends first on city, exact address, and shoot time. Vague regions such as South China or near Shanghai rarely produce efficient matching.
Explain the physical scene
Stores, exhibitions, factories, offices, and outdoor events require different preparation. Brands should explain whether someone will host the creator, whether styling is needed, and whether product demos or lines are required.
On-site records affect repeat work
Punctual arrival, on-location cooperation, asset delivery, and usage confirmation all become part of the cooperation record. For both brands and creators, this is more useful than a temporary chat thread.
