Brands see information useful for cooperation decisions, such as city, language, portfolio, service type, cooperation scope, and quote. Sensitive information such as payment details, address, and private contact information is not displayed publicly.

Yes. You can accept or reject brand invitations.

Before accepting, you should see the product, payout, delivery time, usage scope, work type, and basic shooting requirements.

Yes. Many Chinese brands need English videos, English talking-head content, overseas-style assets, or foreign faces.

Sample UGC usually means you receive a product, shoot based on the brief, and upload video assets. Video count, duration, ratio, talking-head needs, face visibility, and editing should be confirmed before cooperation starts.

Yes. Before an on-site shoot, the platform creates an official coordination group to confirm address, time, on-site contact, shoot content, and other arrangements.

After completing your profile, you can choose suitable sample UGC or on-site shoot opportunities from brand requests. You can submit a quote when applying. Sample UGC and on-site shoots should be quoted separately.

If the brand makes you wait too long or adds shoot time, it should be confirmed in the official coordination group and paid in the final payment.

Vela takes a 20% service fee from the creator's original price. There are currently no additional handling fees.

The first working day starts on the day after you upload the content. Normally, payout is processed within about 1 to 7 working days. You can use Alipay or Visa. If payout fails, contact the platform.

Content is authorized by default for advertising use and basic editing. Specific platforms, duration, scope, and special usage can be confirmed before cooperation starts.

Posting on your own social account is a separate paid service. The quote is negotiated between you and the brand. Posting time, caption, retention, and disclosure should be confirmed in advance.

Without separate authorization, brands cannot use your face, voice, or content for AI face swap, digital avatars, AI voice generation, or other AI-related use. Any AI use must be stated in advance and separately authorized.
