Vela Creator uses account, profile, campaign, message, and support data to operate a two-sided platform connecting Chinese brands with foreign creators in China.
Information We Collect
We may store account emails, user roles, brand profiles, creator profiles, cities, service types, campaign records, media links, connected social-account data, message records, notification records, and manual payment or settlement records.
If a user connects a third-party account, OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are not returned directly to the browser.
How We Use Information
We use this information for onboarding, matching, campaign execution, message notifications, support handling, safety review, settlement records, and product improvement.
Some public profile information may be shown to the other cooperation side so users can judge fit. Internal scores, private activity signals, and operational notes are not shown to the other side as raw data.
Data Control And Support
During the beta stage, users may request profile updates, disconnect social-account links, adjust visibility status, or request an account-status review.
