Terms of Service

Users must provide true and accurate account, campaign, city, service type, profile, and communication information. Brands are responsible for product compliance, sample shipping, campaign briefs, content usage scope, and payment records.

Creators must keep profiles accurate, deliver original content, communicate in a timely manner, and confirm availability and execution ability before accepting cooperation.

Vela charges a 20% platform service fee on each side of a confirmed order: brands pay the creator's rate plus 20%, and creators receive their rate minus 20%.

Campaign details, creator income, platform service fees, and payment methods are confirmed during settlement. Information shown to each role may differ depending on order type and operational arrangements.

During the beta stage, payment and settlement may be handled manually through confirmed methods.

After every collaboration ends, the brand and the creator rate each other (1–5) and leave a written review. Ratings and reviews are public and appear in the creator library, creator profiles, and brand pages so potential partners can judge fit.

If one side delivers poor work, fails to deliver, goes unresponsive, or breaks the agreement, the other side may leave a negative review. This public rating record is part of the platform's trust system — please rate honestly.

If a user provides false information, intentionally fails to deliver, misuses samples, bypasses platform communication, manipulates ratings, or creates clear risk for the cooperation network, Vela Creator may limit visibility or restrict access.

For serious or repeated violations, Vela Creator may permanently remove the account from the platform and refuse to re-admit that party under any identity. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.
